Baltimore Ravens tight end Dennis Pitta has agreed to a restructured contract in order to remain with the team, NFL Network's Mike Garofolo reports.
Pitta is coming off the best season of his career, recording 86 receptions for 729 yards and two touchdowns.
The veteran tight end battled through numerous hip injuries over the course of his career and some speculated that he wasn't going to be able to play again after the 2015 season.
Terms of the new contract structure were not disclosed.
