The Indianapolis Colts appear to be casting a wide net in their search for a new general manager.
The Colts have requested to interview Baltimore Ravens assistant general manager Eric DeCosta, a source told Albert Breer of the MMQB.com.
The 45-year-old is the seventh known candidate for the vacancy.

DeCosta is close with embattled Colts head coach Chuck Pagano, notes Breer.
As Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome's second-in-command, DeCosta has been a candidate for GM vacancies over the last several years.
However, he's viewed as Newsome's successor, and therefore has never appeared close to taking a job away from the Ravens.
