Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman hasn't cleared concussion protocol but the plan is for him to travel to London with the team for Sunday's matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, according to Liz Clarke of The Washington Post.

Norman and tight end Jordan Reed will need to get clearance from an independent doctor Thursday in order to make the trip, head coach Jay Gruden said Wednesday, Aditi Kinkhabwala of NFL Network reports.

Both Norman and Reed were limited at practice Wednesday and are trending toward playing unless a setback occurs prior to Thursday's medical check.
