Texans' Lamar Miller: Considered day-to-day with shoulder injury
Miller (shoulder) is considered day-to-day, according to head coach Bill O'Brien.
Analysis:
Miller was in and out of Monday's loss to the Broncos, rotating with Alfred Blue instead of handling his usual three-down role. While it won't be surprising if Miller misses some practice time during the week, his ability to initially play through the injury is a good sign for his Sunday availability against the Lions. The larger question, perhaps, is whether Miller will be prepared to handle the massive workload he's grown accustomed to this season. Wednesday's practice report should provide the first meaningful update.
