Steelers' Green hopes to return for Week 1, rehab going 'very slow'

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Ladarius Green is aiming to return for the team's season opener while battling through an ankle injury.
Green provided a temporary timeline to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler but noted that his rehab is going "very slow," after undergoing surgery in the offseason.
The 26-year-old signed a four-year contract with the Steelers in March. Green remains on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list.
