Bears' Danny Trevathan: Will not play Thursday

Trevathan will not play in Thursday's matchup with the Patriots due to a hamstring injury, Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Analysis:

It is unclear when Trevathan sustained the hamstring injury, but it is significant enough to keep him out of action Thursday. The 26-year-old still projects to be the starting inside linebacker for Week 1 of the regular season. He started 15 games for the Broncos in 2015, and posted 109 tackles (73 solo) in the process.
