Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt recently returned to his hometown of Pewaukee, Wis. to train with firefighters at the same station his father worked for 28 years.

Watt was put through a series of exercises in full firefighter gear as part of Gatorade's Beat the Heat campaign, which educates young athletes on heat-related illnesses and the importance of staying hydrated. It didn't take long for Watt to realize how tough of a workout it is.
