Patriots' Julian Edelman: Returns to practice Wednesday

Edelman (foot) returned to practice Wednesday.

Analysis:

Edelman had a scare on Tuesday when it appeared he had re-aggravated a left foot injury, however tests evidently indicated that his foot is fine. It is unclear exactly how cautious coach Bill Belichick will be with the wide receiver going forward in terms of his preseason game participation, but Edelman's return to the field in short order is a huge relief for both the Patriots and for fantasy owners who already have stock in the wideout.
