Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison is known for some pretty insane workouts, but hurling a medicine ball around a beach volleyball court may be the most insane.
Like in 2015, Harrison participated in a game of "Danneyball" on Tuesday, a game invented by trainer Ian Danney, in which teams of two throw a 10-pound medicine ball back and forth.
It seems Harrison is putting his time not being interviewed by the NFL over his alleged PED involvment to good use.
