Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel continues to pop up in the news for all the wrong reasons.

While partying in New York on Friday night, Manziel was confronted in the middle of a crowded street by the owner of the rented Mercedes-Benz he and a friend crashed into a pole in April.

Wayne Schneider, the car's owner, claims there was $90,000 worth of damage done to the vehicle and that Manziel has yet to pay up.

"He's not paying for nothing," Schneider told a TMZ cameraman. "He's been dodging for a month and a half."

The NFL is reportedly investigating Manziel's role in the crash.
