Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson delivered the commencement speech at the University of Wisconsin on Saturday, sharing some important things he's learned on and off the field over the years.
He also participated in the Wisconsin football tradition of celebrating to House of Pain's "Jump Around."
