Newly signed Oakland Raiders linebacker Bruce Irvin knows whose name he wants to hear when his team heads to the draft podium Thursday night.

Unsurprisingly, Irvin wants to see a fellow former West Virginia Mountaineer join him in Oakland (or maybe Las Vegas).

Joseph isn't expected to be a first-round pick, but neither was Irvin, and the Seattle Seahawks had no problem picking him with the 15th pick of the 2012 draft.

Irvin may get his wish as the Raiders have needs in their secondary and Joseph is among the best safeties available, but could still be available when the Raiders pick 44th.

Players traditionally don't have much input into who their team drafts, but Irvin may have found a nice second-round pick up for the black and silver.
