Charlotte wins new WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania 32
It's the dawn of a new era in World Wrestling Entertainment for its female competitors, as the Divas Championship has been removed from the equation.
In its stead is a returning Women's Championship, but the belt will remain around the waist of former Divas Champion Charlotte following an epic Triple Threat match at WrestleMania 32.
With Becky Lynch locked in the Figure Eight, Charlotte's WWE Hall of Fame father Ric Flair kept "The Boss" Sasha Banks from entering the ring to break the maneuver, allowing Charlotte to earn the submission victory at AT&T Stadium.
