Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel continues to make headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Manziel was cited Saturday morning for driving with expired license plates, reports Scott Taylor of Cleveland's WOIO-Channel 19 TV.

This comes after reports surfaced over the weekend that Manziel was in Las Vegas on Saturday prior to the team's season finale. He also missed a meeting with a team doctor at the Browns' facility on Sunday morning and was reportedly unable to be reached by phone.

The citation was issued in North Olmsted, Ohio, which is located near the Cleveland Airport and the Browns' facility.

Manziel now has an arraignment on Jan. 21, but can also resolve the issue by paying $125 online to waive the charges.

LeBron James' marketing agency, which represented Manziel, cut ties with the 23-year-old passer on Wednesday.
