Pitt's James Conner posts positive message after cancer diagnosis

Pittsburgh running back James Conner has gained a reputation as one of the nation's toughest running backs, and he plans on using that toughness in his battle with cancer.
The junior announced Friday that he has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, and soon after, posted a message on Instagram stating his intention to "whoop" cancer.
