Amateur wrestling is not for the faint of heart - or for those with a weak stomach.
Just ask Canadian wrestler Ryan Swift, who unleashed a steady stream of vomit during a PWA Ontario Championship bout in October while standing on the top rope before jumping off.
We do not envy his opponent.
