Coffman suffered a "minor meniscus strain" to his right knee in Saturday's 24-13 season-opening loss for Wyoming to North Dakota and, according to head coach Craig Bohl, is considered "day-to-day" heading into a Week 2 contest against Eastern Michigan, The Gazette reports.

Analysis:

Coffman, who completed 19-of-37 passes for 282 yards and two touchdowns in his debut as a Wyoming quarterback, was seen in practice Monday with a wrap around his knee and walking with a noticeable limp. Wyoming continues to list the Indiana University transfer at its starter under center for Week 2, but fantasy owners, per Bohl's comments, would be wise to instead regard the redshirt senior as day-to-day. Should Coffman not be able to go against the Eagles, expect to see junior Josh Allen stepping at quarterback for the Cowboys.
