Tennessee Titans offensive tackle Chance Warmack may weigh in at 345 pounds, but that doesn't mean he's fat.
Warmack has undergone quite the transformation since entering the NFL in 2013, as evidenced by the Instagram photo he uploaded Wednesday:
"Muscle weighs more than fat right? 330 on the right 345 on the left," Warmack wrote in the caption. "It's not about how much you weigh it's about how it looks on you."
