Jets' Matt Halischuk out beyond a week-to-week timetable

Already on the hunt for a bottom-six forward, the Winnipeg Jets better make it two.

Matt Halischuk will be out of the lineup beyond a week-to-week basis with a lower-body injury, head coach Paul Maurice told reporters Saturday. 

Halischuk was placed on injured reserve Friday, sparing T.J. Galiardi from reassignment in St. John's.
