Arizona Coyotes goaltender Mike Smith was removed from Saturday's game against the Ottawa Senators early in the third period after allowing his fifth goal.
Smith stopped 15-of-20 shots before being pulled with 2:17 elapsed in the third.
He was replaced by Louis Domingue, making his NHL debut in relief.
