The process that groundskeepers are applying to treat a flooded pitch in Morocco at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium never had a chance.
The crew were forced to deal with the overwhelming task of preparing the pitch in time for the FIFA Club World Cup after it was flooded by heavy rain.
Without a proper draining system at the stadium, the crew went to plan B and began laying sponges on the grass before squeezing the water into a bucket.

Surprisingly, the groundskeepers weren't able to dry the pitch in time for Cruz Azul's match against WS Wanderers FC.
