Tampa Bay Buccaneers fullback Jorvorskie Lane was suspended two games for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances, the team announced.
Lane is in his first season with the Bucs after being released by the Miami Dolphins during final roster cuts in 2013. He has appeared in all six games this season, starting one.
Lane will not count against the 53-man roster while serving his suspension. To fill his roster spot, the Bucs signed former Chicago Bears cornerback Isaiah Frey.
