Report: Chiefs sign Kevin Vickerson to 1-year deal

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed veteran defensive lineman Kevin Vickerson to a one-year deal, according to Pro Football Talk.
Vickerson recorded 22 tackles, a sack, and three passes defended in 11 starts with the Denver Broncos last season. He'll help shore up a Chiefs defense that lost Derrick Johnson and Mike DeVito to Achilles injuries in Week 1.
Vickerson, an eight-year pro, will get a chance for immediate revenge on the team that cut him late last month, as the Chiefs take on the Broncos in Week 2.
