Analysis:
Between his foot issue and an NFL rule prohibiting rookies from joining their new team until after their school's final exams are completed for the spring semester, Seferian-Jenkins has some catching up to do with regard to both conditioning and his grasp of the Bucs' playbook. He'll have to compete with the likes of Brandon Myers and Timothy Wright for tight-end looks in the team's offense as the summer progresses, but once the second-rounder is up to speed, Seferian-Jenkins will bring red-zone upside to the table thanks to his blend of size (6-5, 260) and pass-catching promise.
