LeBron responds to Gatorade's comments by refusing to mention them by name
Every sports fan in the world has undoubtedly heard the news by now: Miami Heat forward LeBron James sat out the majority of the fourth quarter with a severe leg cramp.
Sports fans have likely also heard the fallout from the incident, including the immature criticisms lobbed James' way.
Chiefly, Gatorade poked fun at James, who is signed with sports drink rival Powerade, via Twitter (see below).
On Friday, James was asked about Gatorade's comments, to which he answered by intentionally skirting around the company's name:
What everybody has to say, I mean you all know me by now. I don’t care. I really don’t. I really don't care what people say about me. I don’t care about... that sports group, that drink group... I almost said their name. I’m not going to give them a light in the Finals.
Hopefully James doesn't cramp up later this series, because this is quite possibly the lamest trash-talk ever.
