Hazard picked up an injury during Tuesday's Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain and had to be subbed off after just 17 minutes.

Analysis:

Andre Schurrle replaced Hazard on Tuesday, and he could very well do the same this weekend in Chelsea's Premier League match against Swansea on Sunday.
