Analysis:
After missing all of 2012 with a shoulder injury, the 31-year-old Daley bounced back strong in 2013. He compiled a 2.54 ERA, 12.23 K/9, and 1.38 BB/9 over 39.0 innings with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, and also tossed six shutout innings for the Yankees' big league club. Despite the fact that he was signed to a minor-league deal, it won't be all that surprising if Daley makes the Opening Day roster. He'll likely be competing for a middle-relief role.
