J.J. Spaun: Bogey free in final round
Spaun posted a bogey-free, five-under 67 in the final round of the Cadillac Championship to finish tied for 14th.
Analysis:
Spaun saved his best round of the tournament for last, with the American going four-under on the back nine. He kept his mistakes to a minimum, with his six bogeys being tied for fourth least in the field. He also ranked fourth in scrambling, T10 in GIR, 15th in SG: Around-the-Green and 17th in SG: Approach, though he was in the bottom-half of the field in SG: Putting. Spaun has finished in the top-25 in four of his last six tournaments, including his victory at the Valero Texas Open in early April. He's listed in the field for the Truist Championship next week.
