Bruins' Billy Sweezey: Inks two-way deal

Sweezey signed a one-year, two-way contract extension with the Bruins on Wednesday.

Analysis:

Sweezey's agreement for 2026-27 will come with a $850,000 cap hit if he plays in the NHL. However, the 30-year-old didn't play at the top level during the 2025-26 regular season, instead recording a goal, 17 points and 84 PIM in 69 appearances with AHL Providence.
