West Virginia's Mouhamed Sylla: Will transfer to West Virginia

Sylla (ankle) will transfer to West Virginia, according to Tobias Bass of The Athletic.

Analysis:

West Virginia will lose starting center Harlan Obioha but managed to add a more promising option down low for next season. When healthy, Sylla averaged 9.6 points and 7.2 rebounds during his freshman season with Georgia Tech. Now that the rising sophomore has a team, his focus shifts to fully recovering from an ankle injury that ended his season by mid-conference play.
