Spain minister condemns 'racist' chants that marred Egypt friendly
Spain's Justice Minister Felix Bolanos on Wednesday condemned anti-Muslim chants that marred the national football team's 0-0 draw with Egypt the previous evening.
"Racist insults and chants embarrass us as a society. The far right will not leave any space free from their hatred, and those who remain silent today will be complicit," Bolanos wrote on X following the incidents in Barcelona on Tuesday in a pre-World Cup friendly.
