Nico Hulkenberg: Unlucky in China
Hulkenberg finished 11th in the Chinese Grand Prix F1 race at Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday.
Analysis:
Hulkenberg qualified well enough in both the sprint and grand prix to tally points, but he came away empty instead. He was forced to retire his Audi on Lap 13 of the sprint due to a technical issue, and he ran into bad luck one day later in the traditional race. An early caution negated his strategy to begin the race on hard tires, and a slow second pit stop likely cost him at least one position. Hulkenberg should contend for points at the upcoming Japanese Grand Prix, but it's been a tumultuous start to the season for him.
