Eagles pick up Davis' 5th-year option
The Philadelphia Eagles exercised defensive tackle Jordan Davis' fifth-year option, the team announced Wednesday.
Davis will get a guaranteed $12.9 million for the 2026 season. None of the Eagles' defensive tackle group are under contract for 2027.
The 25-year-old has become a staple in the Eagles' defense, playing in every game the past two years. Davis recorded 27 combined tackles, one sack, and one fumble recovery in the 2024 regular season. He added two sacks in the postseason, including one on Patrick Mahomes in the Super Bowl.
Philadelphia drafted Davis 13th overall in 2022.
The Eagles declined wide receiver Jahan Dotson's fifth-year option April 23 and haven't made a decision on offensive tackle Kenyon Green. Teams must exercise their options by Thursday.
