PHOTO: Jacob Markstrom pokes fun at Eddie Lack's long pads

Vancouver Canucks backup goaltender Eddie Lack used to back up Florida Panthers netminder Jacob Markstrom when the two Swedish goalies played for Swedish professional team Brynas back in 2009-10. 

Now they're in the NHL fighting for ice-time with Roberto Luongo, and Tim Thomas  - the two main protagonists from the 2010-11 Stanley Cup Final. Funny how things come full circle sometimes.

On Wednesday, Markstrom tweeted a doctored photo of Lack - who is listed at 6,4 - sporting pads that come about a foot and half above his knees:
