Arouna Kone (Knee): Misses Match Against West Ham

Kone (knee) was not in uniform Saturday as Everton took on West Ham United.

Kone continues to rest as he looks to heal his knee. His next opportunity to play comes Tuesday as Everton take on Fulham in the Capital One Cup.
