Kuznetsov out 4-6 weeks with shoulder tear
Washington Capitals prospect Evgeni Kuznetsov will be out of action for Traktor Chelyabinsk of the KHL for 4-6 weeks with a shoulder tear.
Speaking to sports.ru, Kuznetsov said "the preliminary diagnosis (is) tear (of) the shoulder capsule", and added "the doctor called pre-term recovery from four to six weeks. But tomorrow I'll go through a new survey."
Based on the results of the secondary examination, the expected recovery time may be revised.
Kuznetsov is expected to be a featured member of Team Russia at the Olympics in Sochi, so both Traktor and the Russian Hockey Federation will certainly be keeping a close eye on the injury.
