During a back-and-forth on X on Friday, McGregor and Chandler showed interest in squaring off at the landmark pay-per-view event on April 13 in Las Vegas.

McGregor announced in December that he would be facing Chandler in a middleweight bout during International Fight Week on June 29. However, the UFC still hasn't announced the matchup. Last weekend, UFC CEO Dana White said it wasn't clear when McGregor would be returning to the Octagon.
The former two-division champion previously said he wanted to headline UFC 300 before it became apparent that summertime was the more likely timeline for the fight. McGregor ranted about the UFC not keeping him active during an interview last month.
McGregor-Chandler has been in the works for almost a year. The two MMA stars were announced as the coaches for "The Ultimate Fighter 31" last February.
