Kyrie Irving says he didn't intentionally snub Dillon Brooks during their one-sided jersey swap Monday night.

Following the Memphis Grizzlies' 112-108 win over the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night, Irving shared an embrace on the court with Brooks and handed over his jersey. However, Irving walked away before the exchange could be completed, leaving Brooks with two jerseys.

Irving offered an explanation during his postgame press conference, saying he'll make up for it the next time the two face each other.

"I saw that after the game. I'll probably get it next time. Probably next time. Not this time," Irving said. "I was really onto the next thing, my thought process-wise."

Brooks said he plans to sign Irving's jersey himself and put it on his wall, according to ESPN's Tim MacMahon.

Monday's game was the final regular-season matchup between the Mavs and Grizzlies.
