Stuart Holden: Fresh Injury Blow

Bolton confirmed that Holden suffered a torn cruciate ligament in his right knee and will miss the next six months, reports the Daily Mail.

Holden was injured in the first half of the United States' win in the Gold Cup final over Panama. This is his second serious knee injury in as many years.
