John H. Nemechek: Wins Production Alliance Group 300

Nemchek won the Production Alliance Group 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Auto Club Speedway Sunday evening.

Analysis:

Nemechek was a late riser, but he'd push to the front and dominate the latter half of this 300-mile race. He would lead 49 laps and set the pace to the end. Nemechek would hold off Sam Mayer over the closing laps to secure the victory. It was his first win of the 2023 season and third-career victory in this division of NASCAR.
