The Chicago Bulls will be without key contributors Zach LaVine and Alex Caruso for Wednesday's must-win Game 5 against the Milwaukee Bucks.

LaVine is out due to health and safety protocols, while Caruso is in concussion protocols after he suffered a facial injury in Game 4.

The 27-year-old LaVine has struggled in his first playoff series. After averaging 24.4 points per game in the regular season, the All-Star guard is recording just 19.3 points per contest against the Bucks.

Caruso only appeared in 41 games for the Bulls this season due to wrist, foot, and back injuries. He averaged 7.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.7 steals, and four assists in 28 minutes per contest.

Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 ET in Milwaukee.
