A pair of Adidas sneakers Kobe Bryant wore during his rookie season are set to return next year.
The Adidas EQT Elevation, which the late Los Angeles Lakers star wore during the 1997 NBA Slam Dunk contest, is being re-released in 2022 under a new name, the Crazy 97 EQT, according to Victor Deng of Sole Collector.

Adidas also plans to bring back Bryant's signature Kobe 1 shoe next year, sources told Brendan Dunne of Complex. The company has yet to announce release details for either set of sneakers.
Bryant was under contract with Adidas for six years before joining Nike in 2003. His estate opted not to renew his shoe contract with Nike earlier this year.
