Vikings' Dalvin Cook: May have torn labrum

Cook was already playing through a torn labrum in his right shoulder and may now have a similar injury to his left shoulder, pending the results of an MRI on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Analysis:

Cook has a history of trouble with his left shoulder and has even played through dislocations at times, but he wasn't able to pop it back into place and continue playing after he left Sunday's eventual loss to the 49ers. That might mean the current injury is more than a dislocation, though it hasn't been confirmed one way or the other. Alexander Mattison will get another shot in the lead role if Cook ends up missing time.
