Jake Paul responds to Myles Garrett's claim he'd beat Logan Paul in fight
Jake Paul doesn't think Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett would fare well against his older brother Logan Paul in a boxing match.
Garrett recently told Complex Sports that while he has no interest in getting involved with celebrity boxing once his NFL career is over, he'd "beat the brakes off of Logan Paul" if they ever faced each other. Jake isn't so sure about that, though.
"Stick to football, my friend," the YouTube star and boxer said during an appearance on Stephanie Haney's "3 Things to Know" podcast. "I like Myles, I have nothing against him. He's an amazing player, but you saw what happened when Nate Robinson from the NBA tried to get into the ring. People don't realize it's a whole different sport.
"My brother sparred against all of the Gronkowski brothers who are 6-foot-5, 6-foot-6, 6-foot-7, and he took them all down in the same sparring session. People don't realize this is a sport where time and experience is really the only thing that gets you better. So long story short, my brother would knock him out, no question. But nothing against Myles."
Logan's last match was an exhibition bout against Floyd Mayweather Jr. in June. He has since been in talks with mixed martial arts legend Anderson Silva for a boxing match that would take place this year.
