Twitter map shows each state's pick to win 147th Kentucky Derby

Essential Quality is the most popular pick across the United States to win the 147th Kentucky Derby, according to new Twitter data.

A map created by Betonline.ag based on over 160,000 geotagged tweets gathered in the last two weeks shows 24 states believe Essential Quality will be the first horse to cross the finish line. Rock Your World was the second-most popular horse with 11 states.

The annual race takes place Saturday at Churchill Downs in Louisville.
