Report: Warriors' Wiseman out indefinitely with torn meniscus
Golden State Warriors center James Wiseman suffered a torn meniscus in his right knee against the Houston Rockets on Saturday, sources tell The Athletic's Shams Charania.
The Warriors fear the injury will force the rookie to miss the remainder of the season, Charania adds.
Wiseman sustained the meniscus tear after landing awkwardly following a dunk attempt.

The second overall pick in the 2020 draft is averaging 11.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 0.9 blocks in 21.4 minutes per game. Wiseman has played 39 contests after missing three weeks earlier this season with a wrist injury. He's struggled with consistency at times and at one point was demoted from the Warriors starting lineup in favor of Kevon Looney before later regaining the role.
Golden State is 25-28 and currently contending for a spot in the play-in tournament with a 1.5-game lead over the Sacramento Kings for 10th in the Western Conference.
