The Philadelphia 76ers are acquiring veteran point guard George Hill from the Oklahoma City Thunder as part of a three-team trade with the New York Knicks, the 76ers announced Thursday.

Oklahoma City will receive New York guard Austin Rivers along with Philadelphia center Tony Bradley and its 2025 and 2026 second-round selections. The Knicks are acquiring 76ers wing Terrance Ferguson while sending second-year forward Ignas Brazdeikis in return.

Additionally, New York is also receiving Vincent Poirier, the rights to Emir Preldzic, a 2021 second-round pick, and the Miami Heat's 2024 second-rounder as part of the deal.

Hill has appeared in 14 games for the rebuilding Thunder this season, contributing 11.8 points and 3.1 assists in 26.4 minutes per game. The 34-year-old has shot just over 40% over the past six seasons combined, including a league-best 46% while with the Milwaukee Bucks last year.

While Hill is under contract for $10 million next season, his deal is only guaranteed for $1.3 million if he's waived before June 30.

Bradley and Ferguson were depth options on the Eastern Conference-leading Sixers. The 23-year-old Bradley has averaged 5.5 points and 5.2 rebounds in 14.4 minutes per game this season. Fergusson, 22, has rarely appeared outside of garbage time minutes.

Rivers provided some veteran leadership off the bench for New York as one of the league's pleasant surprises. The 28-year-old averaged 7.3 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in 21 minutes a night.

OKC will have the option to pay Rivers $3.3 million in 2021-22 and $3.2 million in 2022-23, but both years are fully non-guaranteed. The Thunder can waive him within the next two summers without penalty up to seven days after the free agency moratorium period begins.

Brazdeikis, the No. 47 pick two years ago, has mostly appeared with the Knicks' G League affiliate over the past two campaigns. Philly will possess a $1.8-million team option for the Canadian forward.
