Report: Knicks rookie Toppin expected to enter Slam Dunk contest

New York Knicks rookie forward Obi Toppin is expected to participate in the Slam Dunk contest at this year's All-Star festivities, sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.
The contest will take place at halftime of the NBA All-Star Game in Atlanta on March 7.
Toppin, a highflier during his college days at Dayton, has played limited minutes in his rookie campaign, averaging 4.8 points and 2.4 rebounds across 23 games. The 22-year-old has 15 dunks on the season, according to Stathead.
