The Boston Celtics' skid isn't the only issue Brad Stevens has been dealing with recently.

The Celtics head coach revealed Thursday on 98.5 The Sports Hub's "Zolak & Bertrand" show that he was the victim of identity theft.

"I was actually just telling my wife, I had a root canal and my identity stolen last week, and I think those were two of my better days in the last eight days," Stevens said. "It's just been what it is."

Stevens said the thieves tried to register a Target rewards membership in his name.

"It was like the real stuff. People were trying to open up cards and all this stuff," he said. "Calling Target - like I have a lot of interest in opening a Target card right now in the middle of this stretch of games, right? Let alone ever."

The Celtics have lost seven of their last 10 games and currently sit ninth in the Eastern Conference.
