The Toronto Raptors are signing G League Ignite forward Donta Hall to a 10-day contract, sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.

Hall has performed strongly for the new developmental team, averaging 8.9 points, nine boards, and 1.8 blocks over nine appearances this season. His 61.4% field-goal percentage is the ninth-most efficient mark among all players participating in the G League bubble.

After going undrafted two years ago, Hall spent most of the 2019-20 campaign with the Grand Rapids Drive. He averaged 15.4 points, 10.5 boards, and 1.3 blocks as he earned All-NBA G League second-team honors and an NBA G League All-Defensive team nod.

Hall was signed by the Brooklyn Nets ahead of the bubble last season and made eight combined regular-season and playoff appearances.

The two-time SEC All-Defensive team member provides Toronto with some much-needed athleticism at the five.
